Each order is custom made.  Standard delivery is four to five weeks.

Returns

Our return policy allows customers to return unused items within 7 days of receipt.  You will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee.

Defects

Note that if the product contains a defect, we’ll gladly replace it and send it the client's way at no extra cost. If, however, producing the item anew doesn’t allow for a better version of it, we’ll issue a credit. 

Our products are designed by Sue Mincher here in Florida. 

The products are then made in Canada.
